The Zygopetalum family of photos above are taken from my orchid collection that grows in a sunroom in the house. These photographs are hand-made into 5"x7" note cards and are available to purchase here online in a convenient shopping cart..
Zygo's (as they are called) are amazingly fragrant with a very sweet scent after they open. The flowers do not last as long as Phalaenopsis or Dendrobium orchids, but make up for their shorter life span with a beautiful fragrance that fills the entire house when they are in bloom. The leaves are also susceptible to black spot, so they need to be sprayed with a fungicide, and the plants themselves seem to prefer a cool growing season but they are well worth the trouble.
